Stunning new loft in historic Union Block. Brand new, walk to everything.

  • Newly remodeled loft-style apartment located in the center of the historic district in Brigham City. All new surfaces, including hardwood floors, ceramic tile, and glass shower enclosures. Electronic access to the building, with security cameras, full commercial fire sprinkler and alarm systems, All essentials within walking distance - groceries, movie theater, restaurants, shopping, personal care salons, etc. Separate HVAC controls and water heaters. All new appliances and fixtures.
    Note: This is a historic building with very tall ceilings and a corresponding tall stairway to the apartments. It is not accessible by wheelchair nor can it meet ADA standards for access.

This was the cutest apartment. We were impressed with all the accommodations and amenities. The lights from Main Street are a bit bright during the night, but the location is easy to find and the apartment is very welcoming. Although we had a bit of a juggle to get messages from the host due to the settings on VRBO, the owner owns the shop directly beneath the apartment and we were able to contact her through the store. Darling place.... we would definitely stay again.
