The kitchen is self-contained with all of your basic requirements including electric stove & oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven.

LOUNGE
The living area is very comfortable with seating for 5 with a TV and DVD player.
WIFI is available at this property.

HEATING & COOLING
A split system in the living area keeps the house cool in Summer and warm in Winter.

BATHROOM
The bathroom is spacious and features a deep bath and separate shower, toilet and vanity.

OUTDOORS
20 Toorak Ave has a fully fenced backyard with both a wood and gas BBQ and pergola. It is spacious, perfect for kids that need room to play and within walking distance to the park and river.

Pine View Cottage is a pet friendly property. We ask that you read our Terms & Conditions carefully to ensure you know your responsibilities with bringing your pet along to this property. So we can continue to offer pet friendly accommodation we ask that you pick up after your pets. Excess cleaning charges will apply if the rules are not adhered to.

Lovely cottage, great location.

Great kitchen, comfy beds, well furnished for a small place, perfect for family of 4 with two beds in the second bedroom. Great location as a base to explore Bright, short walk to swimming hole and main shops, close to bike tracks. Outdoor space wasn’t very usable.

Great Location

Terrific location and we loved that we could bring our Golden Retriever with us! It was a shame that many items of cutlery were dirty, and some plates, but then we worked out why - the dishwasher does not clean the dishes well at all and we had to hand wash all dishes during our stay which was a shame.

Great Location

Place was exactly as described, big secure backyard for the dogs was a major plus together with its favourable location approximately 2-3 minutes walk in to the heart of Bright. Check in-out process was seamless and completely contactless. Would highly recommend this property as a base for anyone wanting to explore Bright and the surrounding area including Mount Buffalo, Mount Beauty and all the usual skiing hotspots.

Location saved it.

Well set out for the small size and in great location. That's where it stops for us unfortunately. At this price point I would expect clean accommodation, not stained bedding, coffee or the like spilled on the wall. Broken bunk bed making it unusible, and at the very least soap in the bathroom for hand washing. The secure backyard for dogs is anything but as they can run entirely around the unit and anyone walking past can flick the latch on the gate and let them out, so unfortunately we then had to take the dogs with us an we were then unable to attend most of the activities we had planned for the weekend and the reason we booked this particular accommodation. So disappointed.

Great spot in Bright for family with dog

We had great stay, mainly gated area to keep dog safe while we are away House has everything you need for family stay. Quite neighbourhood and walking distance to all cafes

Highly recommend!

Great location being in a walking distance to town centre and easy access to walking trails. House could have been cleaned a bit better but it had everything we needed including a well fenced yard with plenty room for my pup to run around.

Nice little place, perfectly located close to town.

Great location, the well fenced yard, perfect for our fur baby. Great access to walking trails. House was clean but could have been cleaned a bit better before arrival. House had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Perfect location

Great little 2b cabin like house. Walking distance to town centre but on a peaceful and quite street. Plenty of room for the dogs to run around in the backyard with secure fencing. Close to everything - places to eat, shopping and woolies. Easy check in and check out process. I actually prefer it being BYO linen and towels, but there were plenty of spare blankets and adequate heating during Winter. No wi-fi which was nice. We loved it. Thank you!

Great spot to stay near the river

Convenient location and close to river walk. The accomodation was good if you need a yard for your pet. Amenities are quite reasonable.

Great property to bring pets in a great location

Stayed for 5 nights. Chose this property because we had to bring our dog. Yard is secure. House is clean and has what you need. Location is great. Short pleasant walk into town.

Excellent spot for a getaway

It was a fantastic place to stay as it was so close to town and, with dogs, it had a great backyard and it was comfortable and had plenty of space. The only thing I would say that I would love for an improvement is cleanliness and to have a couple of staples like soap in the bathroom. The cushions on the dining chairs had food stuck on them, which is not great when hiring a place and the grass had not been mown for a month, so was too long. The windows probably had not been cleaned for quite a while and all these little things are important when paying good money to get away from your own house for a real getaway. The bathroom was very clean, as was the kitchen.

Awesome little place

Perfect little house in perfect location that is dog friendly. Has everything you need and is so close to town, walking distance to everything in Bright. Only thing I was disappointed with was the no open fire rule despite the wood fired BBQ being on the listing photos. Other than that perfect.

Pet friendly

Fenced yard excellent for dog. Kitchen well equipped - but no dishwasher, which in these Covid times leaves a question over hygiene of crockery and utensils so hot wash before using everything. No linen or bath towel supplied - as warned. Main challenge was front door key being nearly impossible to remove from lock - Agent very responsive but locksmith out of town - in the end no action taken by owner - but Agent offered to come around personally if a problem arose.

Easy to get keys, quick responses to booking when chopping and changing due to covid restrictions. Clean house. Close to main town.

Not worth the money

This property was in a good location however the beds were very uncomfortable the pillows were stained and dirty only one tiny piece of soap. Not worth $250 a night. Everything was very very old. Would not stay at this property again.
