Welcome to your very own high country cattleman's hut, stationed in a valley of dreams only minutes from town.

Beautifully crafted with raw timber and corrugated iron, this studio gives the
ultimate sense of a rustic high country retreat, without sacrificing comfort or modern convenience.
Beautifully designed with tall ceilings and a large living area, the main bed is tucked away in an open loft accessed by beautifully crafted timber stairs, and an additional queen bed nestles neatly below.

For those additional friends or family, there are 2 trundle beds available for use, or plenty of floor space.

The location is simply divine, with a view worthy of the Gods. Sip a glass of bubbles on the back patio and let your eyes feast on the natural beauty of the ultimate of hidden valleys. Home of a vastly successful tea plantation and ringed by hectares of wild bush trails, it offers the beautiful blend of open green farmland and untamed wilderness. Tucked away between Mount Porepunkah and Apex Hill, you will feel miles from anywhere and yet your only five minutes drive from town.

Wifi: Whilst we do anticipate Wifi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. Wifi availability is dependent on the network provider.
Bright Escapes will not be held accountable for network errors.


Whether a hang out with friends, a romantic retreat or a chance to indulge in some solitude, this
mountain studio is the place of dreams.

Firewood for heating is supplied from the 1st of May until the 30th of September.

Pets welcome! - Studio @ Quins Gap is a Pet Friendly property. You are required to please notify Bright Escapes if bringing a pet as a fee of $50.00 per pet will be applicable. The fences around this property are electric, to keep cattle out of the yard. They are not secure to keep dogs in.
Strictly a maximum of 2 fury friends per property.
Pets are not to be left unattended at a property for any period of time.
It is your responsibility to clean up any pet droppings before vacating a property.
Pets are not allowed on any soft furnishings in the accommodation. Please bring their own beds and blankets as required.
Professional dry-cleaning charges will apply for any pet hair found on soft furnishings, soiled carpet or soiled soft furnishings*

Cleaning Policy

For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern with 24hrs of arrival to the office.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
For weekends, please report any issues to our afterhours mobilewith 24hrs of arrival.
We will require photo evidence to support any claim.
