"Entering the property was very off putting. I regretted the booking as the stairwell was dirty musty and stunk of marijuana. The apartment itself was very clean and bed was comfortable. I have to say it was overall one of the worst stays of any apartment ive booked . Extremely noisy from neighbours in unit 4 and from party goers loudly hanging out at the NCP car park. Only stay if you like lots of noise. Construction ongoing next door. Had I known i would have stayed somewhere else. Close to...

"What a fabulous house, host and location! The house was immaculate when we arrived. It was cool, quality yet homely for a birthday weekend celebration it was perfect.. easy access to Hove and close to Brighton to enjoy all it had to offer.. even the rain didn’t dampen our weekend.. we will be returning!"

"Lovely house was unfortunately spoilt by the lack of consideration for the guests as most of the space for storage was taken by the owners property and rugs on the carpets to protect which was dangerous trip hazard. The property also had a lot of unfinished renovation work which made it look rather shabby also the property was not cleaned at very good standard."
