the whole stay was relaxing from the area being quiet, the breakfast was hot and fresh, the whole hotel was very clean, id recommend going there

Good very reasonable hotel in good location at the top of Preston Street with all the restaurants and pubs. Comfortable bed and good size shower. Although the decoration is basic for the price it’s very reasonable including a good cooked breakfast.

This hotel is located in a prime position. Not far from the station. A very short walk to the seafront and situated amongst the leading shops. If you are looking for value with a good buffet breakfast too then this hotel is a good choice.

I payed £99 for two nights walking distance to live bands and all the stunning places to eat. Room was good and the breakfast. Only thing you should know i arrived on Sunday for 2.00pm check in parked my car in Regency square car park as advised by the hotel as it's just a few minutes walk. Sunday cost me £37 and the Monday was £25 . Parking is very expensive in Brighton.

Female solo travel be careful a guy in underwear opened my room door like at 4 In the morning. Don’t recommend. It is not Clean dust in the tables. Walls dirty.
