" I would like to make a formal complaint and ask for a full refund of my two day stay at ocean escape. The whole experience was disastrous, the flat we rented was completely dis functional and not made for three or four people, it was not what was sold to us online and is clearly scammy and cheap. For starters, the sofa bed was impossible to sleep on. Extremely hard, uncomfortable, not level, and simply not useable to sleep on. We paid for three people and two beds, but resorted to sleeping...
