reat view and location, but a bit smelly!

Great place, convenient location, great view, but it was a bit smelly - have had to wash all my clothes to get rid of the smell. Like some kind of spice???

Comfy room in a convenient location.

Lobby and hallways were not impressive, but the room was clean and comfy. The television was mounted on the wall to the left of the bed, so it was a little uncomfortable to watch while lying down.

Great location, all else sub-par

Awful bed, broken-sided mattress, single limp near-flat pillow, one too-small quilt (it was a double quilt, the bed was two singles pushed together, very shabby condition everywhere outside the bedroom

Die Betten sind nicht so doll Bzw. Ist ein Bett beim hinsetzen schon gebrochen. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett und bemühen sich wirklich. Da ich Wiederholungstäter bin wusste ich wie verwinkelt der Bau ist. Aber die Aussicht ist großartig. Nur sollte man nicht deutsche Schalldichte Fenster erwarten. Man hört die Straße in aller Pracht egal ob die Fenster zu oder auf sind.

Booked 1 night & thought the hotel was great value. Went for the upgraded room which had front sea view with 3 windows looking into the beach. Nice room & comfy beds with benefit of including a kitchen area with microwave & fridge. Bathroom very nice modern & clean. Only thing I would point out is the road is noisy & if youre a light sleeper best to have room at side or back of hotel. We only paid £50 which was great value. Would definately stay again. Service friendly & let us leave our bags at reception all day while we went exploring!

The room was dirty, floor was dirty and hairs in the bed , the bed sheets looked liked they hadn’t been changed from the last guest.The cleaners didn’t do a very good job and even with the clean me sign on the door (every day)seemed to do nothing but give me clean towels. Window was broken.

ブライトンビーチの目の前にあるホテル。この値段でこの立地はコスパ最高。部屋の設備は一通り揃っている。バスタブは無いが冷蔵庫は完備。ただ部屋は少し埃っぽい。5軒隣に GOEMONというラーメンがあるので日本食が食べたくなったら行くといいかも。

Best Value for Money in Brighton EVER :0)

What an amazing experience! Booked last minute on a Sunday night and luckily had a sea view room, great space with 3 separate windows across the wall facing the beach. Staff were warm and welcoming, room was clean and spacious, huge bed and top spec bathroom. Kitchen fittings discretely tucked away in a tall cupboard, fridge, sink, utensils, microwave etc. Best nights sleep and I even had the windows open ;0) Saw the maid in the morning turning out the room next door and she was lovely, consistently AMAZING from start to finish.

The room looks just as how it is depicted in pictures but not the exterior of the hotel - it is much older than it looks in the picture. No complain on cleanliness. The location of the hotel was strategic. My room is facing the streets so there was no great view from my room but there were ugly construction structures right outside the window. The staffs were friendly and kind to let us keep our luggage in their storage after we have check out from the hotel but when we would like to still explore the place handsfree of luggage.
