"We stayed in between the ski and wedding seasons, and it was absolutely bashful. The rooms were were huge and the hotel had everything that you would need for your stay. The best part was the staff. They were so pleasant and extremely accommodating. 5 star service! My wife and I cannot wait to go back."

"As a bit of background, both my boyfriend and I were burnt out from work and desperately needed a vacation to get away and relax with our 2 dogs. With that said, I couldn't be happier that we decided to come here for some much needed R&R.The cabin was beautiful, the scenery was stunning, and the peace and quiet was exactly what we needed. The dogs LOVED playing in the snow and exploring, and my boyfriend and I loved playing games in the cozy den, cooking and eating in the well-stocked kitchen (even better stocked than I was expecting!), and the unmatched feeling of relaxing in a hot tub while nature is frozen around us. The property manager was pleasant to communicate with and made sure we were satisfied with our stay as well. Everything about this trip was wonderful, and we will happily be returning here in the future! :)"

"The host was super friendly and responsive. She even made fresh dog treats for our buddy! The only reason this stay was not a 5 was TOTALLY MY FAULT and had nothing to do with the owners or property. Unfortunately I did not research which trails and activities in the area were dog friendly and i did not ask about the entry to the home. Our dog is old and struggled going up and down the outdoor stairs. Knowing he struggles at times i should have been more proactive in my research and questions. The property is adorable with a lovely little store of all local handmade products and the chickens and goats were awesome! I would recommend to anyone who loves animals and quiet settings with beautiful views and no mobility issues!"

"I missed the information stating bring own sheets and towels. When I spoke to owner day of arrival, he reminded me of this. I told him I missed this, and told him we had flown from CO. He suggested that I stop and buy these items and did reimburse me for costs. I hope that he has changed this policy as people who travel from away will not choose this otherwise great cabin on Lake Willoughby. "
