"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was good but ends too early. Hard to get up before 9:30 am on new Year's day. And the staff was waiting by the door to close it down as the clock counted down. Very intimidating."

The breakfast is plentiful and tasty with options for all travellers. They were so caring in assisting the travellers caught travelling during a snowstorm. "

"Parking was close to the entrance which is also very close to our room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. When the door lock on our room malfunctioned, they provided us with a new room."

"The room was clean and comfortable. I also like that there is a balcony to go on. But this room had no heaters. It was very cold. The staff provided me with a portable heater and extra blankets which helped alot The complimentary breakfast was very good as well. I will definetly be staying again."
