We enjoyed the room. It was clean and very cozy. Highly recommended for a quick get away. We liked how the hotel was close to everything. Across the street was a really good Mexican restaurant called La Condesa, and the Midtown Brewing Company. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

A perfect little spot for a weekend get away in Prince Edward County! The location couldn’t have been better, with amazing restaurants and local spots all within walking distance. The decor was charming and beautifully done, creating a cosy and relaxing atmosphere. Best of all the bed was unbelievably comfortable, make it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. We’d definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Newsroom! We stayed in Suite 1 with our toddler who had her own room (the living room has doors and can be used at a second bedroom). The kitchen was well stocked. The bathroom was very clean. The only comment we had was our room has a very old window AC which was too loud to turn on at night, making it a bit hot during summer days. Other than that, we loved our stay!

Newsroom Suites was a wonderful stay! Grocer next door, and a fantastic bakery a block away! There’s a Mexican restaurant across the street, as is a brewery! Don’t miss the Creperie in Picton!! Plenty of dining options for a three night stay! Central to many wineries, and Bloomfield and Picton close by! We enjoyed the sand dunes park, as well as casual strolls!

This property was a fantastic surprise. The suites are great - separate bedroom, and super clean. Communication with staff is just what I appreciate - through text..even checking in. It's all very streamlined. There was a little sitting area outside of the room, and although it's not private, it was great to have somewhere to have a coffee. The location is great too - across from a brewery and several restaurants and coffee shops nearby.
