"Excelent everything"

"Our stay was impacted by several service and facility issues. First, the housekeeping service level was not satisfactory. On our second day, our room was not serviced until around 4:30 PM. There were recurring shortages of basic room supplies, including paper cups and facial tissues. To make matters worse, my hair wrap, which had a faint pink color, was mistakenly taken away by housekeeping along with the hotel towels and was never found. "We love this hotel! We have stayed there three times now. It is right on the beach, and within walking distance to many great restaurants. The beach itself can be a bit dirty, especially during/after a holiday weekend, but it is still a nice spot. The fireplace is a great touch, and the beds are comfortable. The pool was very clean this last visit, but on other previous trips the pool area definitely needed attention (no towels, cloudy water, dirty pool deck). The water temp is great, and...
