"At our overnight stay within the Gables Inn we enjoyed our overall stay. The rooms were newly updated (we had 2) the beds were comfortable and there was lots of room for activites indoors. The only downfall with the Gables inn is that it’s broadcasted their is a pool for swimming and to our surprise when we arrived it looked like the pool had been closed for many years and instead built a small jungle gym next to it meaning it should have been removed from the ad. "June 2023, just fyi, the hot tub is closed for the foreseeable future which is a bit of a disappointment. Pretty average hotel. Rooms are good, older style. Restaurant is veey good. Comfy and convient. "

"The property is very nice just needs a little more TLC. The house is missing a few items that people would need, specifically in the kitchen. The house furniture I think needs to be replaced, especially down stairs and could use a little bit more. The house is very charming and would stay there again. Communication with everyone was great. "My kids and I enjoyed our stay at the Cabin. The cabin is clean, basic and has everyone you need for a Cabin experience in Ipperwash. The fire pit gives perfect opportunity to have a bonfire and make some s'mores in the evening. The cabin is a short walk to the beach. And Sal was very responsive when we wanted to extend our stay by another day/night. We will be back next year."

"My friends and I stayed for a girls trip and we loved it. The property itself was clean and a great place to hangout. Huge bonus that Tim Hortons, grocery store/pharmacy, and pizza places are all within walking distance! The water is just down the street too and was a great view. Host was also very responsive and nice!"
