happy experience

An unhappy experience. When we arrived at our hotel we were told it was closed due to a "technical problem" and that we were booked in a different hotel. While the other hotel was very well situated, it was tired looking, no wi-fi in the rooms, and we had the worst room in the hotel, looking out on a service courtyard instead of a sea view. Heating rails in the bathroom did not work. No window or extractor fan in the bathroom either.

hôtel très bruyant aux bruits extérieur de la rue .les joints d'etancheités de la fenêtre étant défectueux . hôtel sans prétention mais pratique car a 10mn de l’aéroport de brindisi pour une nuit cela été . je n'y ferais pas un séjour plus long parking dans la rue payant aux heures d'ouverture des magasins !!!!!!

La chambre: peinture à refaire car pleins de traces sur les murs et traces d’humidité au plafond (y compris dans les couloirs et à la réception !). Pas d’eclairage dans l’escalier que nous avons dû prendre jusqu au 5eme étage pendant les 5 jours de notre séjour car PAS D’ASCENSSEUR. En effet, l’ascensseur Qui était déjà en panne à notre arrivée n’a pas été réparé durant notre séjour (5 jours). Inconvénient très important vu le problème de mobilité de la personne avec moi.

Fuyez cet hôtel.

Seul point positif la situation, pour le reste on évite de venir dépenser de l'argent dans cet établissement. C'est vieux , moche et sale ... Vétusté de l'ensemble du bâtiment , la clim émet des couinements insupportable , les oreillers sont inexistants et il y a même des tâches d'humidité sur les abat-jours de la chambre. Les murs sont sales on évite de toucher les rideaux car ils sont gris de crasse et tout est extrêmement mal insonorisé. Si cet hôtel a 4 étoiles c'est certainement quand les travaux il y a 30 ans ont été finis , maintenant en 2019 c'est maxi 1 étoile .

Mixed opinion

Good location. Clean room. Fridge with space for bottles of 2L (I've never seen any frigobar in any hotel in that compact format with that option). We got room on 2nd floor with not so interesting view. Bed was really hard with pillows too soft. (After complaining, receptionist gave us other, much better pillows.) Showerhead holder was broken and they didn't fix it during our days, I had to try to fix it temporarily with some tape or gum. Toilet seat was also broken, with a sharp edged crack causing wounds easily. Wifi was weak in our room. Breakfast was very basic, poor and every day the same. It is on the rooftop, with a terrace with a nice view.

Centraal gelegen 10 minuten van airport met een bus. Trein en bus 10 minuten lopen . Schoon appartement handdoeken dagelijks schoon in de badkamer . Vriendelijk personeel . Goed ontbijt . Voldoende restaurants omgeving. Mooie boulevaart. Helaas geen strand terplaatsen . Maar ook weer goed te bereiken met de bus

Boa localização, o hotel fica numa rua linda, com lojas, cafés, praças próximas, e no final da rua fica o mar, com uma vista linda e bons restaurantes, o hotel é confortável, o café da manhã é bom, tem estacionamento em frente o hotel (parcheggio) ou uma garagem próxima ao custo de 15 euros o dia.

Good value for a basic and friendly hotel

We did not arrive until gone midnight but the gentleman on reception was very welcoming and pleasant. The location is near the station and ideal for catching a train to Lecce or a bus to the airport. The room was clean and adequate for a short stay. The breakfast was fair except no bacon, only sausages. This was our second visit to this hotel and is good value for its lower price We will definitely stay there again.

Good hotel in excellent location

Excellent breakfast and location. The only complaint i had would be the very hard mattress and pillows which were past their best. However this is a personal choice, i would still recommended to others.
