"The building is under hard construction. The rooms are on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. The entrance is on the other side of the building which means that i had to roll all of our luggage (we had 7 large suitcases + several carryons) thru the waking zone behind the Duomo during peak hours. "I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."

"The staff were very responsive when the air conditioning unit in our room was not functioning properly. They were very attentive to our needs and moved our belongings to another room that was much more comfortable. This attention to detail was greatly appreciative and we would definitely stay here again. Lastly, the metro is very close which makes transferring to other areas very easy."
