"This property is absolutely beautiful. Our family consisted of 6 adults and 4 children ages 11-16 and the accommodations worked perfectly. There is a large pool, game room, and movie room - perfect for all ages. The villa has a lot of history associated with it and we could not have picked a better place to create our memories of Italy. "The hotel seems to have been refurbished recently. It was very clean. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. We stayed at the hotel due to a wedding that we were attending the next morning and we needed our wedding outfits to be ironed. At the cost of €15, it was taken care of professionally. We were able to collect our garments from the reception the next morning at 9am. "

"The uniqueness of this property lies in the fact that it's one of the very few in the area. Otherwise it's a small private run b&b for an affordable price. The room was clean and served its purpose. I appreciate the idea of serving breakfast in the rooms, it's cute, but it's terribly unpractical if the room is small and doesn't really offer a table where two people can comfortably sit and share a croissant. The other downside of this place is the general lack of a place to sit down. Unless you are willing to drive there is little to do in the immediate vicinity, unfortunately the b&b doesn't offer a garden/lobby/common space where one could sit down with a beer/snack etc. "
