"Clean property, management good about help, overall a good stay, but has some ways in which it can be outstanding."

"Staff was always very attentive and helpful. Had fresh fruit, bottles of water and coffee provided daily which was awesome."

"Beautiful apartment, great location, short walk to the city centre , incredibly helpful owners who were on hand to help with any query from transport to local restaurants recommendations"

"Clean room and good location"

"Room was very nice and very clean. Good location near train station."

"So convenient to the train station. You can expect it to be a bit noisy being central to the city. We arrived on a early train so had a great check-in experience : ) "

"I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."

"This place is really big and clean!!!"

"Very nice property on Lake Como. Close to the ferry to other villages, Bellagio, Varenna etc. It seems family owned and they were very nice, with a full breakfast. Good view of the lake."
