"Lovely property with nice and tasteful decor. Has everything you need! Kids had a great time in the pool. The area is great with many restaurants, cafes, live music etc. The street is quiet. We had a nice time!"

Despite paying in full, including a bond and an additional fee for early check-in, I received a message upon landing in Australia that my booking was declined. "The property was very adequate for our stay of three days.Brisbane weather was beautiful while we were there but we found the property very cold. We shared the property with a mouse for the final day and evening."

Despite repeated attempts to get into contact with the hotel We have not had a single reply let alone an apology or a refund . So as said a total fraud and ripoff. "
