"The apartment was lovely. I did have trouble navigating the online booking. I am over 60, and although I am reasonably tech savvy, I struggled with the uploading photos of drivers licence and such, that lacked an understanding of booking. Glad I was not over 70, I would have described the difficulty as ageism"
