"The house was great location and convenient for a family. The basin in the downstairs ensuite was broken in two places - large. Despite there being ongoing back and forth with the property manager on text for staying there and checking in - when I text to let her know that the basin was broken I received no response which was disappointing."

"Do not stay here! This property is managed externally by Q Stay on the Gold Coast. They are the rudest most unhelpful management I've ever had to deal with. The balconies are unusable due to being covered in black dust which comes inside the apartment, when brought to their attention they said the balconies need a deep clean but they are unable to do so. Then they had the hide to take half my bond when we left the apartment in a clean condition. The check in/check out process is absolutely...

"Comfortable for one night stay in a good area. Checkin process was over complicated with no number provided to call. Everything done through a website which for an NZ visitor with limited access to the internet is impossible. Took me two hours to contact the property manager to get entry instructions "
