Lack of communication
The property met expectations as advertised... The process to get into the property was difficult .. you need to go to a different location to pick up key where there is no parking.. The host was difficult to contact and had to go to stayz assistant to get details... in the room there is no detail about the property or how to use items. , Only 1 key and FOB supplied . Made a number of calls to try to sort out check in issues,
