Variances may be considered but must be agreed upon in writing with the owner. ________________________________________ 🏡 Guest Capacity & Booking Details • The house accommodates up to 12 guests to ensure a comfortable stay. • Standard rates apply for up to 6 guests. Additional guests (over 6) incur a charge of $50 per person, per night. • Smaller group bookings: Some bedrooms may be locked off. If you require specific bedding configurations or full access, please let us know—additional fees may apply. • The number of guests must not exceed the confirmed booking details.
