Due to essential building rectification works, the pool and BBQ area is currently undergoing repairs and is unavailable for use. While there is no confirmed completion date, feel free to reach out with any questions prior to booking.
Pool/gym: Pool area and other communal facilities may close without prior notice if maintenance work is required.
Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.
Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travellers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more then welcome to stay with us.
