Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

Stay clear!

Place was flithy, very tired and lacking maintenance. Furniture very tired and not cleaned at all. Carpets stained. Took 2 extra cleans to get it to anything at all reasonable. Dishwasher didn't work and they wouldn't fix it. Clearly no inspections not only between rentals but we suspect never. Definitely not 4.5 stars more like 2, Would never stay again or use Uptown Apartments again, Stay away is the only recommendation we could make.
