The space:

5 acre property with a stunningly renovated 4 bedroom home and a separate 2 bedroom self contained flat.

Loads of space to entertain and relax with salt water pool, cedar hot tub, entertainment deck with ourdoor kitchen, alfresco dining, patio with fire pit. All this overlooking stunning bush views with complete privacy.

There is a safe fenced garden for kids to play in complete with rustic cuby house, trampoline, swings and a basket ball court/hoop.

Bring you four legged barking friends and relax knowing the property is fully fenced .

Wander around the back of property and check out the water dragons, ducks and turtles on one of the 4 dams.

Bring your horse and go enjoy the trails of spring mountain forest reserve.

Main House bedrooms:

Flat bedrooms:

- Queen (sleeps 2)
- Single/Queen (Single bed pulls out to Queen bed - sleeps 1-2)

Other things to note:

This was our family home up until late October 2022 . I am new to this stayz gig and am still learning the ins and out.

The property has all my family furniture left in it. It is not brand new and therefore expect general wear and tear.

I personally maintain the property all myself - no easy task I assure you. It is clean and tidy, but it isn't the Palazzo Versace, it is a family home that we renovated with love and care, and this is reflected in the very reasonable price. Please be respectful and understanding.

It is a country property, and also a land for wildlife property. We are one with nature. If you expect to never to see a spider web or have a sterile environment then this place is not for you. If you are easy going, love nature and want a peaceful, fun retreat then you will LOVE it.
