"Room clean, carpet needs a good stain removal, small cockroaches seen, staff are friendly and helpful. Bistro has gluten free options but on Thursday and Friday nights theres bikini girls."

"Secure property - reception isn't always manned. It's a 3* hotel so you get what you pay for - however was not expecting stained sheets & no toilet roll holder. Other than that, no major issues with the place."
Salisbury Hotel

"Booked a five-night stay for business meetings in the local area. My room was very clean and hit all the spots for me. Nice big desk area for working. Wifi was fair, not really fast but allowed me to get my work done with very minor slowdowns. Enough plugins for charging devices. The bathroom was basic but had space and was very clean. Check-in desk is located in the pub. Not really well marked on the outside so I ended up going in the restaurant door and had to get directions. No problem, as now I knew where the pub was located. They don’t serve breakfast. There is a McDonald’s right next store and a 7-11 about a 5-minute walk away. So some basic options. I ate in the pub several times for dinner and the food is very good. Yes, some standard pub options but with the attached restaurant, they have a good selection of options outside of normal pub fare. Really enjoyed the food and they have a good selection of beers, ales, etc. Overall, highly recommended if staying in the Salisbury area. Ps. Coming from North America, we would call this a motel and not a hotel. But I was informed that in Australia because it has an attached pub and restaurant, it is called a hotel. Noted!"

"The twin room was clean and had all the equipment in the kitchen that I needed. Location is great and this room is quieter than I had expected given the location near PA hospital. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Brisbane."

"good hotel, a little dated but in a good location for where we wanted to be and price. the manager Pete is great. he is very accommodating and inviting to hotel events. he definitely made our stay easier and entertaining. I will stay there again when in Brisbane next visit."

"All staff were particularly helpful or friendly and happy. The unit was kept stocked with the standard supplies and cleaned daily except for Sunday. It was right next to the conference venue so very convenient for our purpose."
