"The apartment was okay (tidy but poorly maintained) and the experience was awful. We arrived to an apartment that had not been cleaned since the previous guests, and it took an hour to get a respond from the host agency in order to rectify it. I used the 24 chat function with MadeComfy and still no helpful response.
