"Extremely uncomfortable bedding... the worst I have experienced in my world travels. Staff was fake-friendly. For example, I requested an additional pillow and was asked why I needed it. The indoor POOL is NOT part of their property! Don't be fooled by the images and captions. It is a neighboring property, use for a fee $, and limited hours. Room & hotel were very clean. Food was good. Hotels grounds were nice. "

"Lovely hotel with an excellent restaurant providing exceptional breakfast choices. Along with lunch and dinner I can't fault the food. Friendly staff and room cleaned to a very high standard every day. Surrounded by wonderful scenery, and only 20 minutes from Imola, the perfect peaceful location to explore the area. Hopefully back next year...A+++++"

"We had a truly wonderful stay in Brisighella! The apartment was spacious, cozy, and spotless—very comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. While we didn’t use all the amenities, it was clear the hosts had gone above and beyond to make the space feel like home.The location is perfect—right in the heart of the town, making it easy to explore everything Brisighella has to offer.What really made this stay exceptional was the kindness and helpfulness of the hosts. Communication was fantastic from the start. When our train was unexpectedly cancelled, they were the first to let us know and even offered several alternative travel options. Their mother greeted us at the bus stop with such warmth, personally walking us to the apartment and sharing helpful local info along with the sweetest welcome basket filled with local treats.To top it all off, when I accidentally left a necklace behind, they reached out to let me know and kindly offered to ship it back.This was one of the most welcoming and caring stays we’ve ever had. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Brisighella!"
