Bristol has become quite a toilet recently, but this hotel is very well kept and fairly quiet. It's close to a lot of interesting businesses and restaurants. Be sure to get the daily breakfast, which is very convenient.

What a super Hotel in the middle of the city. Very helpful on arrival. Rooms spacious and well equipped. The beds are SUPER comfy. Restaurant serves good food and fabulous breakfast choice. Parking overnight and all the next day for £20. Would highly recommend

The aircon was broken in the room and the windows don’t open. Phoned reception twice about it before heading out for the evening. Still wasn’t fixed when we got back hours later and had to phone again and we were brought a portable aircon unit. The room was boiling and none of us slept. For £200 a night it was a joke.

This is the first time I’ve stayed there, but will be back. Located right to the centre of Bristol, across the road from the main shopping area, all things were in three minutes of the front door. We did walk to the train station, which was a little further accessible and safe on foot or by Taxi.

A very pleasant stay

Staff were very nice and checked that everything was ok on many occasions. They greeted you very nicely and we even had a courtesy call, soon after checking in to make sure everything was ok. Breakfast was lovely, room was friendly, and spacious. The only downside is the seagulls sit on the windowsills but that can't really be helped by the hotel.

Fantastic Service and Great treatment

Staff were very friendly from the moment we arrived. They were all very helpful, very friendly and made our stay that much more enjoyable. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything and more. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Will definatley be staying here again!
