Further amenities include sink, coffee maker, microwave, small fridge, island with seating for two, wifi, cable and TV. Just a 5 minute walk to the Kicky River to kayak or fish! Less than 10 min to downtown and RWU! In-ground pool NOT INCLUDED but may be accessed during stay with prior host approval. NO PETS or SMOKING

Quiet neighborhood, just a short drive to historic downtown Bristol. About half an hour on to Newport with its cliff walk and historic mansions. Plenty to see and do whether or not you are a beachgoer.
