"The location was clean. The room was very spacious. It was quiet and immediately I felt like I was at home. Spacious and it has a small fridge, microwave and kureg for coffee. I favorited this location and will be sure to return when I am back in Rhode Island. I rate the location 5/5.

"Such a cute B&B. We were welcomed with delicious cookies. We stayed in the Harbor Room. Bed was comfortable. We met the owners Elizabeth & Doug at breakfast which was delicious. They were very welcoming. I loved the Apple with everything bread, wish I could get the recipe (lol). Conveniently located, walking distance to restaurants, shops, & the water. Will definitely stay there again when we visit the area again."
"We booked the king room with a harbor view. The room, on the top floor, had a beam ceiling with brick walls, which we appreciated as we enjoy historical inns. The picture window was a plus. The complimentary continental breakfast was plentiful and changed each morning. Staff members were attentive."

"Room 31 was on the corner, so it had a lovely partial ocean view from the balcony. I got a lot of exercise going up the stairs to get to that level, which was good for me. The shower products were three oddly different scents: rum, peppermint and cilantro. I did mention this at checkout."
