"My family had a fantastic time! The house was great- comfortable, clean and in excellent proximity to sesame place and other children’s activities. We would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"It was a great stay and conveniently located to everything we needed in the Rider University area. Thank you for a great visit."

"Stay has permanent residents with a big dog living above you. Between running around & barking in the middle of the night, couldn’t have 1 full night of sleep."

"Unless you’re desperately needing a place to stay, skip this one. Unless you’re super budget conscious, skip this one. They couldn’t offer me early check-in and then had the audacity to not only say no to the early check-in (I was going to pay the fee), they told me I wouldn’t be able to check in until 5:45. Check-in is at 4pm. My question was when were you going to tell me that? I have things to do. Your code also doesn’t work until 4 pm so if you want to store your belongings in the locker,...

"The bedframe was damaged The shower was just leaking. There was no wall or anything. It was just leaking how to use multiple towels to clean up, they just changed the rules saying that you have to be 21 and up when we came here over 20 times being 18-20 now they changed the rule They charged me a $50 deposit. I never got refunded. They didn’t give me a reason why I tried to call the staff they don’t answer."

"This property is really cute . The decor and furnishings is elite . Everything is updated and new . Very NYC feel to it . Love it . My only wish was that I wish I wouldve rented it for more than one night . Five stars"

"Fantastic space, cost, and host. Would stay there again, for sure!"

"I take that back, The property wasn’t as described ,It was gorgeous, superb,,very peaceful, extremely clean.!We will be there again at some point. Thank you, Michael."

"The place was perfect, tucked away down an alley but the host gave excellent directions and pictures to find it easily. Everything was pristine. Hot shower, comfy bed, very functional space. There are stairs at 2 levels, be mindful of that. The balcony was cozy. There was a small hiccup about early check-in but Alberto explained everything & it was accommodated for a fee. I needed a last minute stay for the night for a family emergency. It worked out well. The place is spacious enough for a...

"Perfect location for us! So much within walking distance. It was great to have more space than a traditional hotel room, as well as a full kitchen. Only negative is the noise. It is such a busy area and right in the hospital district, so sirens, traffic, and the bus stop on the street right outside the building made it very noisy all night. However, if you can sleep through noise - I'd highly recommend staying here!"

"Room was amazing, very clean & modern luxury feel."
