Negatives Our end bedroom had a strange en suite bathroom arrangement. A screen instead of a wall. A Jack n Jill sink taking up space that could have been used for a toilet and single sink. A bit odd!."

"Magali and Manu were very welcoming and helpful. We were very comfortable in the studio, particularly since the thick stone walls helped the flat to stay cool in the recent heatwave. "The property had the advantage of a lovely pool (shared with other guests) which was fantastic as temperatures exceeded 35 degrees while we were there. The cottage was in a lovely quiet village and we purchased a lot of local produce from the Co-op cabin situated in the village square - well worth a visit. The property was ideally located to visit many lovely areas of the Dordogne such as Montignac, Sarlat, Domme and many others."

"We loved this house, stayed for 12 days and relaxed and ate and drank in the early French summer. We nearly didn’t book mainly because of the lack of reviews and the somewhat, what seemed to be clumsy correspondence back and forth to the owner that at time made no sense. "This is such a wonderful house. It's in a truly beautiful setting. The pool is brilliant. Out family of 5 had a lovely relaxing stay. Communication with the owner and the housekeeper was very easy and kind. The house is situated near to lots of sites of interest. Highly recommended."

"A really well equipped and homely house with everything we needed. Kevin and Judith were ready to help at any time, and otherwise left us to our own devices. When there was a power cut after a storm Kevin kept us in touch with what was happening which was helpful. Such a beautiful location, and a great place for relaxing."

"Owners, caretakers, cleaners were excellent. Very proactive in ensuring our stay was brilliant. Lots of different areas to relax and be alone if desired. Expect occasional insect ingress. That’s a reflection on the hillside location. Fabulous stay. A forest fire in Bordeaux led to smoke in the area. Staff came to visit to warn us and advise us. Thank you."
