We really liked the location for visiting Brive-la-Gaillarde and the breakfast was very good. We had issues with the WiFi not working while we were there for our 6 night stay. The room was fine and the bed was comfortable.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff were kind and very helpful. The a/c was welcome on the 90+degrees we had. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. I will be staying there again!

Ok for a short trip, but with some issues

This was a good option for a base when visiting the region. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, if a little strangely designed. A lack of sensible plug sockets (we had to boil the kettle on the floor!) and the water from the shower went everywhere because there is no shower tray - yet is not a wet room! We found parking stressful, we arrived late at night and found no spaces free thanks to inconsiderate parking from guests, the hotel would do well to mark acual spaces. We did squeeze our tiny car alongside the bins for overnight, and then after heading out early could not get a space at any other time during our stay. The night porter did help us at one point by explaining that the street parking would be ok overnight as long as we moved again by 8am. Given that we were on a three week road trip we had a very full car and this wasn't ideal. We would have liked to try the restaurant but couldn't as they seemed to stop serving earlier than advertised. We were told it was 'fully booked' at around 8pm despite lots of empty tables, we think they just didn't like that we hadn't pre booked. All in all this hotel was good enough and comfortable for a short stay and maybe better if you are less busy and have less luggage, but for us it just has a few fracture points that in all probability would not encourage us to stay again. The town is charming and we found good options for both breakfast and later dinners, just don't go out too late as the options dwindle.

Reserva feita no site da expedia, o que talvez justifique o tamanho pequeno do cômodo. A reserva foi de 2 noites. Sem possibilidade alguma de reservar o café da manhã no site. Deixamos nosso carro estacionado no hotel. Na hora de pagar (café da manhã e taxa de estadia) tivemos a surpresa de receber uma cobrança pelo estacionamento (8 euros por dia). Essa informação não aparece no site e nem nos foi comunicada na chegada. Porém, tudo bem. O estacionamento na cidade seria bem mais caro. Agora vamos na parte do hotel. Lugar muito charmoso e pessoal muito acolhedor. Porém, alguns estragos na pintura das paredes e dos rodapés demostram uma falta de cuidado. Pontos positivos Lugar bem central. Tudo se faz a pé sem precisar do carro. Pessoal muito acolhedor e atencioso. Café da manhã top Roupa de cama e de banho limpinha Quarto muito limpo Estacionamento privativo Charme do lugar Pontos negativos Quarto muito pequeno e quente A cama king solicitada na reserva foi trocada por 2 camas de solteiro juntas e ninguém avisou e nem comentou a respeito A roupa de cama era de inverno numa temperatura passando dos 30 graus Ar condicionado muito fraco e só regulado pelos tecnicos apesar de um contrôle (bloqueado) no quarto. Pintura das portas e dos rodapés descascando, sinal de falta de cuidado Buraco grande na parede de acabamento da janela Frigobar não funcionava. Apos 2 solicitações, não foi consertado Comtudo, apesar de agradavel, esse hôtel não pode ser considerado 4 estrelas.

Déçu de la chambre N°30... la cage d'ascenseur passe au milieu de la chambre, bruyant à n'importe quel heure de la nuit... Surtout que j'avais réservé ma chambre en décembre 2025. Sinon très propre, bon accueil. Mais chère pour le type de la chambre et de prestations. J'avais mis un méssage lorz de ma resa concernant la prise électrique, elle n'était pas disponible sur les 2 jours...

Très bel hotel avec des chambres agréables. Deux bémols toutefois : - Le parking ne dispose que de 8 places (pour tout l'hôtel !!), donc les premiers arrivés/premiers servis, sinon, c'est au petit bonheur la chance dans la rue avec horodateur - Le site Hotels.com signale un restaurant, alors qu'il n'y a pas de restaurant.
