"I’ve had read tons of bad reviews (works on progress, hours waiting for an elevator, rude staff, dirty rooms, terrible breakfast…). This is not the Ritz Carlton! But for a short NY stay it was worth every $ spent. The breakfast was ok, some bread, bananas and oranges and a selection of sugared cereals. I always went early to the restaurant so I didn’t experience any trouble with it being crowded; I also never had any problem with the elevators. And as for the staff being rude, not at all!! All the contrary, from Ms. Christina (I hope I remember well her name) at the reception at 6am to the Dominican young man at the luggage store place to the cleaning lady, everyone was kind and very helpful "
