"If we hadn't arrived by car, we would have thought it was 1775. Well, there is electricity and running water and a washer and dryer. OK. Maybe 1775 is a stretch, but you get the idea. The Edmonson Lodge is a gem. We stayed 2 nights for a father/daughter trip to the Virginia Creeper Trail, which is only 20 minutes away. There are plenty of beds and enough room.
