The hotel is very good and should be excellent. Unfortunately, it is let down in one area, the restaurant. We had issues at breakfast on both mornings as did others seated around us. I would describe the breakfast as “chaos”. It is a shame because aside from that the hotel is very good. The check in staff were excellent and the spa is more than adequate.

Beautiful historic coach house in the middle of the most beautiful part of the Cotswolds. Room was large, food at James Martins tavern was superb and the staff were fantastic, especially Jason who greeted us on arrival and the waitress Gina at breakfast who was so welcoming, friendly and nice to my 3 yr old son. Will definitely be returning. Hopefully for Christmas.

Everyone was super friendly, absolutely perfect for dogs. Everyone appeared to have treats on them. Places for dog to run around safely. Beds were comfortable and rooms dark, slept well. Food great, spa lovely and clean. Massages were amazing. We went for our minimoon and only the weather would be made it better.
