"Really nice hotel. Full of wedding parties when we stayed but staff still available and attentive for non-wedding guests. Pool was busy and full of children on Saturday morning, so maybe consider other times. Room was clean and spacious. Loved the Arran toiletries. Breakfast was efficient and plentiful- need to book your slot in advance though. Would definitely stay again but not in wedding season as guest noise was a bit much."

"Lovely hotel, looked recently refurbished and very well situated on the edge of Largs, overlooking the beach, Cumbrae and the highlands and islands in the distance. Staff were all very helpful, breakfast had a good variety of items - both hot and cold, there is a safe, private car park and the bedroom and bathroom were both spotless and comfortable. Regular bus services made for easy travelling up the west coast for the ferry services at Wemyss Bay for Bute and Gourock for Dunoon if you wanted to ditch the car. Largs itself is a pretty seaside town with plenty of eateries and Gourock is also worth a trip for its pretty seaside promenade."
