Welcome to Kassy’s Place – Your Romantic Escape in Hochatown

Located in the exclusive Lost Creek Development in the heart of Hochatown, Kassy’s Place is just minutes from Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, the Ouachita National Forest, and all the best local attractions—without the hassle of getting lost. This beautiful 2,622 sq. ft. cabin, built by Kevin and Krissa Perry (owners of Lost Creek), features ample gravel parking, including plenty of space for a boat.

Thoughtfully designed for couples, this luxury one-bedroom suite opens into a warm, open-concept living space with stunning post oak hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and a 65" Smart TV paired with a Bluetooth sound bar—perfect for relaxing nights in.

The master suite is the highlight of the cabin, featuring a king-size bed with plush bedding, a 58" wall-mounted Smart TV, and an elegant, spa-like En Suite bathroom. The bath includes marble dual vanities, soft dimmable lighting, a floor-to-ceiling glass shower, and a soaking tub positioned in front of a large glass wall that looks out onto your own private outdoor shower—accessible only through the bathroom and enclosed by an 8-foot privacy wall, open to the sky for a truly magical experience.

The gourmet kitchen boasts black stainless-steel KitchenAid appliances, marble countertops, a drawer-style microwave, and a full coffee bar with a starter kit to ease into your mornings. Just off the kitchen, a full laundry room includes everything you need during your stay.

Step through the master’s French doors to the large covered deck—your private patio. Enjoy the stainless-steel grill, outdoor seating, a cozy gas fireplace, and a 65" Smart TV with a Bluetooth sound bar—ideal for movie nights or music by the fire.

Nestled under the trees, the outdoor fire pit (with firewood provided) invites intimate evenings under the stars. For a bit of fun, challenge each other to a game of HochaLife corn hole on the deck or in the yard. Finally, soak the day away in the four-person hot tub while taking in the peaceful surroundings.

Perfect getaway

Beautiful house with elegant decor and great amenities. Very peaceful and quiet but still close enough to town. Loved the back patio with hot tub and fireplace. A master bath. Fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for a couples getaway. Would definitely stay again.

Relaxing and clean

We have stayed in a lot of cabins around Hochatown and this is one of our new favorites. Hot tub and back porch were great for relaxing and watching deer run around in the back yard.

Ultimate relaxation destination

Stayed with my girlfriend and we had the best time ever in this quiet, clean, and calm cabin. We instantly fell in love with with this place and enjoyed all of the great amenities this property had to offer. We cook a great meal everyday with and everything we needed was available to us. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend this place.

Best honeymooning cabin!

My husband and I spent a couple nights here before our actual honeymoon in Jamaica. We had just as much fun here as we did out of the country. Such a beautiful home with so many activities and areas that can enjoy nature. We watched a movie outside on the deck and grilled out. Very close to all the outdoor activities.

This was our second stay here! Everything has been as described and we have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Christmastime Magic
