The cabin sits on a 1 acre lot in Pines Hills North subdivision. It is fully furnished with everything you will need for a fun getaway. When you walk into the cabin you will notice the open concept floor plan and the high ceilings. The great room has a beautiful fireplace, tv and plenty of seating. The sofa also pulls out to make a bed. This cabin has plenty of room inside for your family and friends to gather and enjoy each other.

The large loft area has a bunk bed, as well as several games for the family to enjoy. You will also enjoy a custom old school arcade machine. You can play 60 games (ie., Pac Man, Frogger, Galactica, etc.)

Enjoy the 2 gas fireplaces (one indoor and one outdoor) plus an outdoor fire pit with Adirondack chairs to make memories as well as s'mores. Relax in the hot tub and watch a movie, or sit on the massive back deck and listen to the sounds of nature. You are going to be spending a lot of time out here. Morning coffee and evening wine just tastes better on this deck. Our builder put a lot of attention to detail on this one. Out here you can enjoy the hot tub, fireplace, cook a meal on the gas grill, watch TV, or just sit and enjoy all of the nature surrounding you. A few steps off of the deck is the private fire pit. Having smore's by the fire is an absolute must! If you wander a little further back on the property, you will see the creek that runs behind the cabin.

Unlike most cabins in Hochatown, our property is personally owned and managed by us, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully designed with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. MINT TO BE is on a paved road and has a paved driveway. If you like hiking, boating, bird watching or just hanging in nature, this is the perfect location. It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

The property has 3 outside security cameras for your safety and security.

Don’t forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.

Perfect Family Gathering Spot

This is the perfect location for our family Thanksgiving getaway. We had everything we needed, and the host was very responsive at all times. The property is gorgeous. The pool is beautiful. We had everything we needed and then some.

Nice home with privacy

Fun Family Vaca

Mint to be provided a great experience. I had to make sure we found a place that was suitable for my 1 year old and my teen/adult children. It is a great location. Just a few miles down we enjoyed our time at Beavers Bend state park, zip lining, boat and tube rental, kayaking and more. Kelli provides a very comfortable and clean place. Thank you, hope to come back on our next vaca.

MINT TO BE This was simple beautiful, Amazing cabin

This was my family’s first stay in broken bow,-Hochatown. The cabin was everything we expected it to be , Very clean, Modern decor, with very large bedrooms and bathrooms, the patio area was perfect for hangout out with the family, the Hot tub was super clean. Kelli the host was vey helpful and only a phone call or text away if we needed help with anything she’s awesome 🤩 We give MINT TO BE cabin 💯 stars 🌟 I plan to book this cabin many more times in the future. Cozy Cabin

New cabin located in a very private area - we had no neighbors near us. There’s a nice creek flowing in the back that the kids enjoyed exploring. We took advantage of the grill, fire pit, hot tub, and fireplace outside (only qualm - there were no grilling tongs provided). Inside, there was enough seating for eight at the dining room table, so we all were able to have our meals in one table together. Kids enjoyed having their own space in the loft and our youngest enjoyed the teepee sleeping area. Family had a great in this cozy cabin!!

Fantastic stay!

We decided to check out Hochatown for the first time and booked this house not knowing what the expect. House was spectacular in terms of sleeping accommodations and cleanliness. We have a 20 month old and 3 year old which can sometimes be scary not knowing if things are “kid friendly” and this house totally was safe for them! Location to shops, brewery, food was a plus. Kelli was quick to respond regarding some questions a had following check-in. Overall 5 star experience. Would happily book this house again!

Family Get-A-Way

Mint To Be was just as described. We had a great time. The cabin is secluded yet still close to all the stores and fun in Hochatown. We’ve been coming to the area every fall for the past 15+ years. This cabin was one of the best we’ve stayed in. Kelli provided very detailed information before check-in & before check-out. She was very helpful. The outdoor fireplace, living area, & hot tub was our favorite place! Very relaxing. We would defiantly book with Turtle Time Properties again.

Perfect for our family

This cabin was perfect for our family. Having 2 master suites is such a nice touch. The kids loved the loft area and arcade games. Everyone felt like they had their own space to unwind at the end of the day. It’s obvious the cabin is new. Everything was so clean and decorated really well. The back porch was our favorite area! We ate our meals there, enjoyed the hot tub, and watched tv. We even got to see some deer exploring. The cabin is at the end of the street and doesn’t back-up to any other cabins so we felt pretty secluded. The owner was quick to answer any questions during our stay. Overall I’d give the cabin, location, and experience a 10 out of 10!

Great property

Once we found the location (take sugarberry to pine hills rd. Turn left. Then go until you see the sign that Kelli has you look out for) The hill down to the cabin is steep and you’ll be on gravel part of the time. We took our Chrysler Pacifica and didn’t have any trouble getting in our out. The house location was top notch. If you are looking for privacy, you can’t get a better spot. I loved that the kids could play and we weren’t able to see any neighbors. Follow the list that Kelli made for you and you’ll have everything you need. Communication was great and I can’t wait to go back. There was something for everyone. Our group was 2 adults, 13, 12, 8 & 2. Nobody was ready to leave. I can’t recommend this property enough. You will not be disappointed.

Exceptional vacation home. Perfect to unwind and recharge.

Picturesque house in a more secluded area to enjoy the outdoors and escape the busy day to day. The house is gorgeous and has great details in the interior and exterior design. Spent most of our time on the outdoor deck that is spacious, great seating, hot tub, and backs up to a deep wood line with a creek. Enjoyed the deer in the mornings drinking coffee on the back deck. Great amenities provided in the home. Arcade game and other games in the loft were enjoyable. Plenty of indoor space if the weather doesn’t cooperate. S’more kit for the first evening was provided and enjoyed the fire pit. The house is close to all the businesses in the area and was a quick drive to the lake even with the holiday traffic. The host went above and beyond to be sure our stay was perfect! Will be back to enjoy vacation again soon at Mint to Be!❤️

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. The house was clean, well furnished with everything we needed to be comfortable for the days/nights we stayed and was absolutely gorgeous! We loved how quiet the outdoor space was especially since there were other houses nearby with very large groups(party houses). We weren’t disturbed by the surrounding houses because the backyard was situated perfectly among the beautiful forest with no other houses behind it. It felt private and safe for our family of five. There is plenty of outdoor space for exploring, clean hot tub for relaxing and outdoor games for the kids. We highly recommend this house for a family or even a couples trip. The layout of the house would be perfect for two couples- there’s plenty of privacy with the two master style suites. The upstairs loft was large enough for our three kids to sleep comfortably at night and play games during the day. Before arriving we received a detailed list of local amenities and information about the house and neighborhood. There’s so much to be said about the care that went into styling the house for comfort, the information packet, and all the “little extras” that were provided.

I had a really great time with my family, the cabin had some games to play with the family, we spent a lot of time in the hot tub and enjoying what broken bow had to offer. This cabin was honestly more than what I expected can’t wait for the next family trip!
