"We rented this cottage to be close to the Ark Encounter & the Creation Museum. It was right in the middle of both. The cottage was neat and clean as well as spacious. Plenty of pillows & blankets. Nice seating area and a few fun games. Although it is a rustic environment, there were a few things missing that could have made the stay easier. "This was a great place to stay for our weekend of watching the Reds play. There were four of us on this trip and it was perfect. I liked that there was a grocery store in walking distance as well as local stores and pubs."

"We were initially a little nervous after booking to find out the rental was a company. The Evolve website was easy to navigate and edit our stay as needed! The neighborhood was a safe and quiet section of the city and the host thought of all the accommodations to make the stay relaxing! Anything we forgot was stored easily accessible. Would recommend this stay to our family and friends!"

" Very nice place. Usually have to drive around the block a few times to find parking unless it’s the middle of the day. Convenient location other than parking. The loft area gets very hot but running the fan helps. Would be perfect if the loft has its own hvac unit. "
