"The listing should reflect two requirements of staying in the flat: (1) The staff managing the property said that after giving 24 hour notice, they have the right to enter the apartment for inspections whether there is anyone in the apartment or not. They will use the spare key to enter the apartment after giving notice of appointment. (2) There is frequent inspections expected (including pest control, silicone, etc,) These type of requirements ought to be clearly reflected in the listing,"

"The apartment was dirty, not available at the time it was supposed to be, I was screamed at by the man in the store when I went to pick up the keys, the cleaning lady was using an old broom not even a vacuum and in the smaller guest rooms there is no way two adult Americans could fit comfortably. We left the keys with the concierge and have opened a dispute with Houst/VRBO to get our money back since the apartment was not as advertised. We didn’t stay there at all."
