It’s a very well located hotel. Many good bars and restaurants and Kondon attractions are within walking distance. Once you enter the hotel and your room it is so quiet. On my last visit I had the best nights sleep in a long time.

Great location to travel to/from LHR on the Piccadilly Line. Easy to walk to SoHo, and China Town. Room was nice. The shower overflows though. You can store your luggage for a fee if you get in before check in time. Had to look around to find the lobby entrance, but it’s next to the Five Guys. There are no windows in the rooms. The AC was ok, room felt decent but not cold.

Second visit in two years. Hotel has the perfect location. Room is small but does the job and is modern. Some extra shelving would help for storage though and they need to provide extra towels as the water goes everywhere after a shower

Fantastic location right in The West End. Room was small and very basic - no tissues, no face washer, no tv and the bed was hard. Check in was difficult as there were so many people that arrived at the same time and about 2 staff who looked like they didn’t want to be there.

Clean room but very small. Bed was against the wall & no exit from it if you slept on that side except crawl out to the end of the bed that had about 8" of room. And the bathroom was basically in the room except for glass divider. But it was in a good location and if you don't plan on staying too long or hanging out in the room much, it was a good deal.

Zedwell is windowless cocoons, know that going in. But if you want clean, quiet, comfortable a stone's throw from Piccadilly Circus, for the cost of a middle US Interstate Hampton Inn, this is your place. No chair, no table, no amenities. Bed, walk-in shower and toilet. Good wifi, plenty of charging plugs. When I'm in London, time spent in the hotel room feels like a waste. So Zedwell all but forces me to get out and see this extraordinary city. Then when I come home to crash, it's lights out, pitch dark, total quiet, and I'll be ready for the next day.
