"The hotel wasn’t nice, but you get what you pay for. They set me up with the free shuttle to the airport, like they said they would, but when I asked about the shuttle upon my return, the gentleman behind the counter said the phone lines were down. I told him it wouldn’t be until next week and he said that they might be down then too. I ended up calling the hotel direct when I got to the airport and the lady had a shuttle come and get me. Peace of mind is worth me staying somewhere else next time."
