"The staff was great and were very attentive and always eager to help with a smile. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Parking available upon request. Location was very good. No TV's which is fine, just make sure to have a device your children if needed. We do recommend and we will stay there again."

"Great place"

"The room was immaculate! The staff was super friendly and helpful as well! Very close to a T station - which made travel very convenient and easy. We will definitely be staying there again when we return to Boston!"

"Great location and friendly staff. Room a little small but nice overall."

"スタッフの方が親切だった"

"Not an amazing experience. My son studies in Cambridge so we travel quite often to Boston and usually stay at the Four Seasons in Dalton. This time we wanted to try something different and we decided for the Raffles Boston. The stay was not as expected due to the following: 1- AC not working properly second night, room became too hot to sleep comfortable. The staff need to understand that most of us chose this brand to enjoy some quality time. Unfortunately, the...

"Great location and nice view from the room overlooking the park. However, the property is mismanaged. 4 days with most basic issues every day. Nice staff but they need training."

"فندق رائع وموقع مناسب"

"The hotel was well located, had a decent breakfast and lovely rooftop deck. The room was spacious enough and clean but a couple of annoying maintenance issues made the stay less than ideal: heating system only blew cold air (strong and LOUD) no matter the temperature settings nor fan speed chosen, the shower leaked and drained slow. All of the beds including the pull out were comfortable. My only other complaint is that they take away the coffee after breakfast and don’t put out any until later...
