It’s a decent hotel right next to the Kenmore T station and Fenway Park. The staff was mostly friendly but a few were short or not welcoming. The one complaint is the coffee service in the lobby ends at 10:00am on weekdays where most hotels offer it all day. The hotel is quite expensive for its amenities and room quality, so the value equation isn’t the best. Otherwise everything was acceptable.
