"One parent and three teenagers in town for college tours. The location was “20” minutes via uber which was great. Everyone had room to decompress at the end of the day. Showers were great and beds were super comfortable. We will strongly consider staying there again for our next visit. "

"The property was very well maintained and the owner was very helpful. Easy parking and very walkable distance to downtown area. The only thing we didn't like was the placement of the tp holder but their isnt much they can do with the limited space. Overall very happy with the visit and would recommend to anyone."

"Very nice, well maintained apartment in a convenient location. Our friends were quite happy while staying there several weeks helping a family member in the area. Owner very responsive when any issues arose. Neighbors are respectful and friendly."

"We stayed for a week with extended family to celebrate Thanksgiving in Boston. This property was great! We served many big meals, had a very well equipped kitchen. One thing to note is the upstairs room with the futon in it is a pass-through room that two other bedrooms open into, we had a teenager sleeping in there, and it was fine, but not much privacy. Compared to many other Boston properties, the stairs are not too steep, and not too narrow, which was great for my in-laws. Would love to...

"The Quiet Single Family House was the perfect place to stay for our group of a mom and 3 college-aged girls. We had plenty of space, the home was very clean and comfortable, and we were central to everything we wanted to do in the area. The neighborhood was peaceful and it wasn’t far to restaurants and grocery stores.
