"The best thing about the hotel is its location. For those who go on a cruise the location is the best - a short taxi ride or an easy 10-minute walk. We also greatly enjoyed our dinner at a small restaurant just around the corner.
However, in the hotel itself we had quite a few problems. The coffee machine in our room was not working, and, when we told the receptionist about it, we were told that maintenance people would be available much later. The next morning it still wasn’t fixed.
Another problem was the air conditioner. No matter how we changed the settings on it, it was blowing very cold air, and it was doing it very loudly. Didn’t have good night sleep because of it.
The included breakfast is a paper bag with a few items which we would not choose ourselves. There was no juice or eggs or anything hot except for coffee.
I would like to mention that one of the receptionists, Xavier, was very nice and helpful."
