"The hotel is in a great location. Close to parking, steps from the subway, an easy walk to the Statue of Liberty ferry, and just minutes from the World Trade Center. The area felt very safe, even when coming back later in the evening, which made the whole experience even better. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, and for New York, the price was surprisingly affordable without sacrificing quality. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city. "Friendly staff. Terrible water pressure in shower, had to use sink to wash shampoo out of hair. Very loud street noise, needs better insulated windows and curtains in street facing rooms. "
