"The sink in bathroom had a crack across the bowl. Didn’t appear to leak, but was unsightly. Maybe use something to cover crack that matches white porcelain in sink until it can be replaced. Coffemaker in room was not functional. "

"I booked the King suite. Room was nice only down side was the bathroom only had a walk in shower no bath/tub so this caused entire bathroom to flood each time you showered, also water poured out of tiles from side of walls in the bathroom while showering. Another downside, the hotel offered a high roof top bar that advertised open 24/7. I stayed from 7th-10th and bar was not open not one day of my stay and hotel stated they were a separate entity and not sure why they wasnt open. Hotel staff not friendly or helpful when comes to asking for local attractions or help getting around. "

"The front desk workers and the service workers are very nice. The valet service is terrible, called at 7am for an 8am car pickup, but the car wasn't delivered until 840am! Self-parking is 1000% worth it. "

"Decent enough ‘trendy’ hotel, pool is dumb (“no swimming”?!), w the entire place seemingly catering to younger people w bad taste. The rooftop is loud and obnoxious, but if that’s your thing, have at it. Location is great, staff just ok on average, style over substance though, ultimately :/"

"This was the worst “hotel” i have ever stayed at. Us 3 girls booked a trip to NY for the first time, we arrived at 10pm to find the property is in an unsafe area so that was red flag #1. We checked in and our room was in a basement, red flag #2! we get down into the basement and the room door was open and propped open with a shampoo bottle with no cleaning lady in sight red flag #3. We slept there because it was late but it was disgusting and we couldn’t even shower because the water never got hot, red flag #4! we checked out the very next day & they refused to give us our money back. the staff gave us the run around & kept saying the manager was unavailable. i don’t even know how this property is up and running. they also have a sign displayed in front that you can book rooms by the hour, red flag #5. i cannot say 1 good thing about this place.
