I never understand why Mariotts think that having an ice machine on every other floor is ok for the people on the floor with no ice machine. Having to get in an elevator to get ice is inconvenient . I had to go to three floors to find one that was actually functioning. also no hairdryer in the room as expected and that made me late for a meeting when it took 30 minutes for someone to bring one.

This is a really nice hotel and I had a very spacious modern room. The hotel is in a convenient location to the surrounding area of shopping, restaurants and the highway. My only frustration is that this hotel uses comforters on the beds and I always find them too hot as opposed to a cotton quilt. I'd prefer several layers of light blankets so I can adjust as needed.
