"The Hilton was disappointing. The toilet paper was incredibly thin, the plumbing gurgled, the balcony had no seating so we couldn’t sit and enjoy the view.
Breakfast was poor, no table service and lukewarm flask water for tea, breakfast was too early with advice to ‘get up early and avoid the crowds’. The bathroom was poorly fitted, with a flooding sink, really bog standard shower gel and soap which ran out and was not replaced, a tiny shower cubicle that you could hardly turn around in, no toilet brush. Ordering room service we were not able to charge it to the room and had to pay on delivery. There were works to upgrade the hotel which were loud and disruptive with no compensation at all. However the staff were very polite."
